As a loyal client, we want to give you the first opportunity to book your appointment now so you don’t need to wait in line when lockdown is over.
Get to the top of the queue, all you have to do to book is to follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Send an email to: hello@naturalbeautyglasgow.co.uk
Subject- type: Hair or Beauty or Hair & Beauty
2. In the Message include the following:
i) Your Name
ii) Your Mobile number
iii) Preferred day of week (include 3 choices please)
iv) Time of day best for you
v) Name of your stylist/colourist/therapist
vi) Which service(s) you need.
Example:
Beauty: Massage, Manicure, Electrolysis, Facial, Eyebrows
For Pele: Cut & Blow dry, Cut & Colour , Gents Cut
For both: Cut, Colour with manicure and Eyebrows.
3. Check your order and press send
We then send you a confirmation of your order, check our records for your individual treatment(s) and confirm your order. We will then ask you to pay a deposit to hold your order.
· Your deposit will show as a credit on your salon account to be redeemed on your next visit.
· Pay by BACS transfer or we can call for credit card payments.
· When the lockdown is over we phone you to confirm your booking.

Please visit the App store or Google Play to download our appointment App then register your details. By doing so, the email address that you register with, will update onto your record card and will enable us to communicate with you about any changes to the business that we may need to take.
Important salon information for you to read before your first visit.
COVID SYMPTOMS – If you feel unwell with any covid symptoms, please refrain from coming to the salon. Instead contact us to reschedule your appointment. Check your emails and complete our consultation card online regarding Covid and return before your visit.
Please arrive on time (not too early or too late) We will have limited space in our waiting area to comply with social distance guidelines. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are late for your appointment as we must comply with our strict time schedule to avoid over crowding. A charge will apply for late or missed appointments.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment as we have limited seating which will be for clients only.
ON ARRIVAL – We have installed a buzzer entry system to help control the flow of traffic in and out of the building. On entering our reception you will be asked to remove your coat and hang up your jacket on the rail provided. We will also provide sterile masks for you to put on before you enter the salon space. There will be a “no touch” hand sanitiser unit for you to use before you enter the salon space.
DURING YOUR VISIT – All staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE and each work area will be sterile for your arrival. We will check your temperature on arrival. There will be various sanitising stations throughout the building for your use. If you need to use the toilet facilities, please wash your hands thoroughly and use hand sanitiser before you return to your seat. You will be provided with a disposable gown and towels where necessary. Unfortunately we can not offer Tea/coffee but we will provide bottles of water should you wish one. Eating is also prohibited in the salon, please do not bring any food items.
PAYMENT – We encourage you to use card payments only or direct bank transfer during your visit.
ON LEAVING THE SALON – There will be a bin provided at the front door for you to dispose of all PPE ( gowns, masks, gloves) You should collect your jacket and use the hand sanitiser before you leave.
You will be asked to pre book your next appointment to allow us to adhere to social distancing when placing appointments. Failure to do so may result in you having to wait several weeks for your chosen day or time should you call up at the last minute.
You may be asked to pay a deposit to hold your booking for certain services.
Please allow 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may cause you to lose your deposit.
